The Subcommittee on Interim Charge #8 will meet to discuss whether water rate jurisdiction should be moved from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to the Public Utility Commission, and whether an office similar to the Office of Public Utility Counsel should represent ratepayers in water rate cases. Invited and public testimony will be taken.
